Simulate history - animate on map if possible
Start wizards with X power, give some surrounding cells Cells are +resources, have resistance to takeover based on resources (the more the harder) Wizards expend power to take more cells every year Wizards lose power to maintain cells Desert/Scrub/Swamp == low, Forest, Plains, Hills, Suburbs == med, Ruins, Mountains == high Village/town/farm give bonus resources
in metamap, place wizard strongholds.
assign all cells (via distance?) to a wizard realm (or none?)
