test/fleshout ASCII modal frame option #69

we've only been using the pixel-outline frame option, make sure the ASCII option works and looks reasonable.

also add option for modals to get a title which goes into a --[ Title ]--- in the frame (centered or left/right). we can even do this for outlined frames
