$CHIA_ROOT evvvar isn't respected #192

$CHIA_ROOT (officially introduced here) isn't taken into the account when farmr is started. At least on Fedora and during the first start. The legacy way with e.g. symlinking ~/.chia/ to the real destination isn't necessary nowadays.
