Homepage - Meet our staff button #21

Meet our Staff button looks to be a weird spot. I'm also not sure it needs to be treated as an action button. This could be done better.

so for this one - there's no way to space out 5 partners in a 12 column grid evenly. i was trying to fill that last space with something so it wasnt blank, per request.

do you have any suggestions?

I also don't think it is a bad idea to have the staff under the partners section. It adds a little more height to the page, but that is fine.
