Add Status for projects #9

Would be nice to have a Status flag, that says if the project template is working or not. I have found some templates that where incomplete.

Maybe get a info about how many people had used it and checked that it worked, so in the end you could have the options:

Very good. One idea too, is define comments in each project template, explain the use, etc.

Yeah, I tried that, but the max count of characters didn't help very much. and also I think that using tags makes it easy to find and catalog the projects. Would be good to have an auto-complete just like stackoverflow.

I need to see some issues first, but if you can have some functionality that would be good
