Add smoke commands #3

I think it would be pretty neat to be able to spawn and start smoke just without the fire itself.

/startsmoke size /stopsmoke ID /stopallsmoke

I will consider implementing this later on. As of now, I don't have enough time to do it myself. Thanks for your suggestion :-)
