Add swfobject.js v2.2 source for DFSG compatibility. #135

The Debian Free Software Guidelines require that source is included (not just available) before they will accept projects into the main Debian tree.

Hi @gimite. Debian is wanting to pull in noVNC as a package to support OpenStack. One of the requirements is that all packages comply with the DFSG (http://www.debian.org/social_contract) which requires that original sources be included with projects. They identified swfobject.js in noVNC as problematic since it's not the original source form. I currently just integrate your source tree into noVNC. This pull adds swfobject-src.js which is just the original sources that swfobject.js was generated from. This will allow noVNC to comply with the guidelines and not require me to do any munging to your tree when I include it in noVNC.

Thanks for the patch and sorry for late. Pulled, but moved to src/swfobject.js.
