Npm audit fix #94

Fixes some of the problems in the npm audit.

Remaining 9 vulnerabilities (3 moderate, 6 high) are related to postcss usage are from craco and react-scripts. They both haven't seen any updates in over a year, so perhaps swapping to nextJS SSG would be better
