Error 80004005 #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just run cdloader, with or without .part files in custom folder.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead starting Character Builder with merged files, the message "CLR error : 
80004005. The program will now terminate." appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBloaderV1.1.6 on Window XP Professional SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.
Had tried reinstall CB and Net Framework.

Hi, try attaching a log file and I'll see if there's anything to see.

type Winkey+r
type cmd.exe
type 'cd <path to your character builder folder>'
type cbloader.exe -v > log.txt

then attach the log file to this ticket by clicking 'attach a file' and 
navigating to your character builder folder and selecting log.txt
