Attack and Damage calculation missing in some powers #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run cbloader.exe in a clean installation of character builder
2. create a minotaur character (any class)
3. see the "Goring Charge" power in the build/powers seccion

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It used to calculate the attack and damage, now it doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The latest version, Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue doesn't only occur with this particular power. It stopped 
calculating any power's attack and damage output if the power does not have the 
following tags:
<specific name="Attack">
<specific name="Hit">
Powers like "Goring Charge" or "Roots of Stone" have tags like:
<specific name=" Attack">
<specific name=" Hit">
The Character builder calculates these values nonetheless, however, when 
oppened through cbloader.exe it stops making these calculations for some reason.

This is interesting.  The issue seems to stem from the fact that the specifics 
are no longer indented.  I'll have to look into this.

Goring Charge calculates fine for me. I haven't changed any data in the builder 
at all, and I'm running Windows XP 32-bit.

I just tried with a fresh setup (removed all custom elements); it still causes 
issues with that power.

I have reproduced this. I'll see if it's fixable for the next release.
