What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run CBloader.exe from the Character Builder folder
2.Run any CBloader installer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output: To patch my Character builder so I can use custom updates.
The result I see instead is: "ERROR:
Inner Exception: '<', valor hexadecimal 0x3C, es un carácter de atributo no
válido. Línea 237141, posición 23." (ERROR: Inner exeption: '<', hexadecimal
value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line 237141, possition 23.")

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBloader 1.1.6 on Windows 7 x64 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
i've tried giving CBLoader windows xp SP 1, 2, 3 compatibility, run it as an
admin, i reinstalled the Character builder and tried again with the same steps
and I keep getting the same error.

Try the fixes in Issue 18 and Issue 60.

Also, where is character Builder installed to?

Try installing it to somewhere else, such as C:\Games\Character Builder (I'm
wondering if UAC has something to do with this)

I found out what was the problem, it was a rather silly one (in my case).
I got windows 7 x64, so when i installed the character builder it got installed in c:\program files (x64)\wizards of the coast\character builder
but when I installed october 2010 patch, I didn't read the installation address before installing it, and it was being installed in c:\program files\wizards of the coast\character builder

Once I installed october 2010 patch in the right folder (and ran the program as cbloader.exe -e) the builder worked totally fine.
