New Trial method to categorize project #101

This is the first iteration in categorizing the repository. I think we do not need to change the project folders number they can act as the total count. But we can number them categorically in the readme and just link the folders. I made some simple categories feel free to add/remove any.

@AjayKhalsa Thanks ! Looks good. I have structured a bit so that there's no numbered list (in case that confuses with the folder names). Will merge.
