IE is giving the message like only secure content is displayed. #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when I open my registration page it ask the only secure content is displayed 
on my page.

2. In ie5 to 8 it will ask YES or NO question in IE 9 it will say show all 
contains if I press yes recaptcha will not display if I press NO it will 
display.      

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As Mozilla and Google Chrome will show properly without any message same only 
it should show.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
it is 1.11
