Goal here is to setup a tagged version that can be the target of a homebrew install recipe.
Getting the recipe worked out and debugged pointed at dayne/dans-gdal-scripts but if we can get the tags merged into primary repository I can point at it directly.
I should have done this pull request in a branch. Lesson learned (again).
