Building the tool to work with GDAL 2.1.3 #12

Hello,

Is it possible to build the tool using GDAL 2.1.3 on Mac? I tried it but it didn't work, the build is ok, but the tool doesn't work

I haven't used it recently. What exactly was the problem? Are you using Linux or Windows?
