Add support for native alt text #183

Not sure if that is exposed by the Twitter API as of yet, but should be soon enough with todays update of the apps.

Created "alt_text" branch for posting with new Twitter alt API. Dennis created it; not yet working; Andrew to troubleshoot.

[b6cb18c4f38b8d64c50d513e569f2790183140ed] for alt text, returning include_ext_alt_text param because Twitter again requiring it (holding tongue)

@andrewwoods Can you take another stab at this? Pressure is on :-/ I can provide the HTML at least...

Need to replace image upload completely with Twitter API including alt text attachment.
