Add "More Info" links on Status page more pages #194

Add the "More Info" links ("this tweet on twitter" & "lists by...") from Status page to Quote & Reply pages.

Note: Quote & Reply pages were (oddly) architected to work with the Timeline view. Moving the "More Info" links to fragment.
