Open Remote Play Exporter wont run on PSP #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy "ORP_Export" folder over to "PSP/GAME/" folder
2. Disconnect from PC
3. Run ORP game on memory stick. "This game cannot be started. The data is
corrupted." error is displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to find the "export.orp" file created on the memory stick.
The "export.orp" file is no where to be found. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1 Beta 
Win XP Pro SP3
Slim PSP firmware 5.50

It is listed no where in the README file or anywhere here on the project page 
that
this requires a modded PSP. Someone needs to add that info in.

Added a disclaimer to the README indicating that a CFW PSP is required to export
Remote Play settings.

It's a PSP that has been flashed with custom firmware.
