Strip login functionality #2

At this time I'm trying to create a working reference version of the site.

This doesn't call for the user management (working casino) stuff. Frankly I don't want to code that backend as I'm already planning to do the games.

There is already means to play with fun money/credits and my fork will focus on that.

Also removed a bunch of other stuff that seemed unneeded for this archive.
