Create Windows build instructions

Okay, for future Windows users, I will add some documentation for building the client on Windows.

My apologies, I have been really burnt out from working on Minecraft mods, since this is meant to be a hobby/passion project, I mainly work on it when I feel motivated.

With that said, I will attempt to add this documentation ASAP, for real this time 😂

Please note that this project is still quite buggy and I wouldn't really say it should be used as a go to client or whatever. It is not to the standard I want it to be for it to be released.

When I do get round to adding the build docs and you successfully build it, please limit your expectations lol

I've already seen the source,don't put your client down like that, it's pretty good,also I understand about the burnt out thing take your time:)
