Make it clear when app is trial vs registered mode #110

By the way, it would be cool if the app showed somehow that it is registered - for example by showing "REGISTERED" or "REGISTERED TO irma@example.com" in title screen. Conversely, during the "trial period", it could show "TRIAL". Currently, I'm not even sure if the app noticed that it's registered... only when I open "Enter license..." I see my license code, so I assume it worked...
