How to let you know when the site has problems? (it is down right now)

Describe the bug

Logging in to https://gingkowriter.com/ hangs. Additionally, working on a document reports that the changes are "saved offline" instead of "synced".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://gingkowriter.com/ and click on login, or edit a document and notice that it does not sync.

Expected behavior We should be able to login and save edits to trees.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Software info:

• Chrome (running on Ubuntu 20.04)
  • Gingko Version = current version on the web.

Additional context In the future, what is the best way to report these types of outages? I couldn't find any contact info anywhere.
