Update cocoapods release readme #393

Add info on how to create XCFramework zips which work with Cocoapods.

@ValentinaIancu-Gini @zladzeyka I published the cocoapods tester Xcode project last Friday and so I added today a section on how to test the pods using a test project. Please check it when you have time. Thank you!
