Add GiniCaptureResultsDelegate.giniCaptureDidEnterManually missing calls on the No results and Error screens
Add GiniCaptureResultsDelegate.giniCaptureDidCancelAnalysis missing calls on the cancel tap on the Camera, Analysis and No results and Error screens
Example app: add alert on the giniCaptureDidEnterManually and dismiss call on giniCaptureDidCancelAnalysis
