Some fixes related to latest pull request #18

Some fixes for the additions/changes of today after some more extensive testing;

Fix mode always reverting to 'auto' after ESP reboot even if unit is off
Present only one vanes swing mode; ESPHome climate does not support individual vane positions
Lower the default target temperature from 24 to 20 if none is set (nan value)

Are the vanes limited to the ESPhome climate device? Should we add a feature request for this? Because in my MQTT solution before, I was able to set the vanes from 1,2,3,4 and swing.
