Migrate of extension into lab #21

Hi There, I'm thinking that this extension isn't really being maintained and that ginkgostreet is no longer around, are you folks @ginkgomzd @universalhandle ok If I was to shift this into the lab to make it easier to manage? I don't think we need to migrate the issues just the code base?

It looks like the only issue was not able to be reproduced, but some code purported to fix the issue is posted here: https://github.com/ginkgostreet/org.civicrm.angularprofiles/issues/16#issuecomment-459128703

So maybe worth adding that to the GitLab issues for some poor soul in the future... or see if you think the change should be made in the code.
