Texture craziness in Windows version. #20

Textures abruptly switch to crazy at a certain distance away from the camera 
when running OpenNERO in Windows.

this might have something to do with how the Windows driver implements 
fog-of-war to limit the polygons that are displayed...

We think this is only happening on one of three identical machines in the lab 
and is probably due to hardware problems on that machine... Closing until we 
can recreate on another machine...
