Regression test Selection (RTS) for the Profiling Phase #77

This pull request adds RTS to the Profiler.

I also changed a few other classes, but most of the diff changes are due to trailing spaces and formatting (sorry about that).

Thank you @GiovaniGuizzo for the pull request. I extracted only the files related to RTS and added to utilities in commit 8ddd88db41b6d4ab52dcce7a53787fc1d483c04b I note that there are other useful changes in your pull request, but am avoiding major restructuring for now. Thanks again.
