公式のGitHub Actionsを利用する #43

公式のほうがメンテナンスされることが期待できるので。

actions/create-github-app-token: GitHub Action for creating a GitHub App Installation Access Token

また、なんとなくtokenを一旦環境変数に入れてから利用するようにしてみている
