@shairez this is awesome thanks for the screencast super helpful 👍 ... Since all the dependencies are moved to root package.json I don't think we need the package-lock.json inside every app... do we? I'm trying something similar ... were you able to use NX CLI to do any heavy lifting? or was it completely manual effort to stitch them all together ...
