Cut-off Time for Stores #22

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sellers can edit there store, and enable Cut-off Time. They can then set the time. They can enable it or disable it at any time.

Describe the solution you'd like When the Cut-off Time feature is enabled, it will show a time field and an edit button that show a pop-up of a time setting widget. It should then reflect in the store page under announcements, and also in the Cart for the Store under the name. If the current time > cut-off time, the buyer should not be able to click "Checkout".

If the feature is disabled, the time field may be hidden

Describe alternatives you've considered Instead of the feature, we just advice sellers to add it in the announcements.

Edit: the font color of "Enable Cut-off Time" should be the same, the difference is due to a design error. The updated design can be viewed in Figma.

Also this is the last feature that Ma'am will require of us, the rest will be optional enhancements or bug fixes. Just lemme know where i can help hihi
