Resizing window issues #84

I'm finding it quite hard to resize the window. It seems to be only 1 pixel 
wide to hit the resizing area, can it be 2 pixels?

The cursor sometimes doesn't update back from the resizing cursor. Even if you 
resize again to get a different resizing cursor, it will go back to the other 
resizing cursor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 
Latest SVN.

What JRE version?
Latest Java 6.
