Make OSX installer more convinient

Running OSX Mountain Lion

1. Install says drag this folder to application folder. The application folder 
should be inside the same window.
2. The file navigator is nowhere to be found. The documentation says it's a 
plugin but it's nowhere to be found.
3. Some times when dragging the window to reposition the window it won't move. 
You have to grab the top part of the window to move the application around. 
3. There is a weird vertical line in the editor window. 

Awesomeness:
1. The interface is exactly what a text editors should like look.

2) Tools=>Plugin Manager=>FileBrowser (Enable it, and any other plugins you may 
want to use.) Then restart Editra and it can be opened from the Views Menu.

3) If your referring to not being able to drag the window by the toolbar, this 
is an upstream bug in wxWidgets that may be fixed in newer releases of the 
library.

4) The 'weird' vertical line is the edge guide. It is common for programming 
conventions to limit the width of lines of text. If you don't use such 
conventions or don't care it can be turned off in the Preferences dialog.

Investigate different DMG format that has convenience folders still shown on 
left side of window.
