Things added when running 2017 JES #13

PR to include the changes to mkShapesRDF I made before running the 2017 JES variations.

The following changes were relevant to the JES variations:

Changed JEC from Summer19UL17_V6_MC to Summer19UL17_V5_MC in Steps_cfg.py
Updated the list of samples / cross sections in Run2017_UL2017_nAODv9.py, Summer20UL17_106x_nAODv9.py, and samplesCrossSections_UL.py

The following were not directly used in the 2017 JES variations, but were added for completeness:

2017 lepton IDs in LeptonSel_cfg.py
Trigger formulations / MET filter in formulasToAdd_MC_Full2017v9.py
