Broken links in plotting API docs #374

Describe the bug

All links in the plotting API tutorial are broken. They point to the dev version, but the only latest is live.

the mapper tutorial points here instead of here
same thing for the link to VietorisRipsPersistence notebook

Also:

in "Plotting functions" subsection, there are some Markdown errors, and the link is wrong.

@lgaborini, thanks for reporting this. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware of most of what you report (I'll double check about the Markdown errors though, so thanks!). Those issues are there because unfortunately the new docs are still too tricky to deploy automatically, and the changes just introduced with #363 at the doc level have not yet been all deployed manually.

Additionally, we will be releasing 0.2.0 tomorrow, so please bear with us as some of the features you can now see on the documentation/master are not yet available from PyPI.
