[DOCS] Underscores not properly formatted in API reference #408

Describe the bug Underscores in our API reference page are displayed with a preceding backslash. This is visible e.g. in all class attribute names. As an example, infinity_values_ is incorrectly displayed as infinity_values\_ in VietorisRipsPersistence.
