I've downloaded the workflow and added my Zotero attachments directory. When I open an Alfred search window, though, I see the option to Search Zotero when I type "zot" but then no results show up. I just see generic search-Chrome-type options. Is there some additional step one needs to perform for setup that isn't mentioned in the README?

Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this. I'm new to GitHub!

did you close Zotero before running the workflow for the first time? Are you able to post the output of Alfred's debugger?

Thanks for replying! I did quit both Zotero and Alfred several times to try to get it working, and that didn't help. The only thing that seemed to make a difference was that I downloaded the Better Bibtex plugin to Zotero--several hours after adding the workflow to Alfred. After that, the workflow did almost immediately find my Zotero database. But then I disabled the plugin, because I don't like the citekey added to my item info area, and that didn't seem to affect Alfred. It still works. So perhaps it was just coincidence? Or is having the (even disabled) plugin required for the workflow?

And thanks for creating the workflow; it works very well!

hmm not sure, but now everything is working? I am glad you find Zothero helpful, for the record I just migrated it to Python3 (I mostly use paperpile), as the original creator stopped maintaining it. If you are an academic, you might find helpful some other workflows in my account. Happy to help!

Yep, all is working now. Thanks for migrating/maintaining the workflow. I am an academic--so I'll check out your account!
