Add codex example #13

Adds a Codex example to the sandbox. No plotting - just data download + creation of the spatial data object.

@giovp I think this is different from the codex processed with MCMICRO, I would merge this PR. If I remember correctly it's an example of 200k cells stored as labels (same number of cells as xenium, but smaller data, so better to play around).

@sagar87 @giovp I adapted the script to the latest spatialdata version and tested. I'll merge. It's the only dataset that we have with so many cells stored as labels in a unique image.
