Export annotated qids to wikipedia #11

Write a script that

[x] gets the article names from https://github.com/ag-gipp/dataAnnoMathTex/tree/master/evaluation
[x] reads the csv files
[x] filters formula with = sign (column 1) AND qid given
[x] read the wikitext
[x] add the qid to the first exact match (print a warning if tag is not found or ids exist)
[ ] write to actual Wikipedia

Preparation tasks:

To ensure that the script does not change Wikipedia in a bad way

[x] Create a bot user
[x] Create a test file
[x] Create a demo page / sandbox (e.g. physikerwelt / sandbox /annomathtex)
