Update Directory Names #103

  1. interpreter.cas is the foward translator. so either interpreter.forward or better interpreter.semantic.
  2. interpreter.semantic starts with generic latex, so change it to interpreter.latex.
  3. interpreter.core is not the core but the common package... so change it to interpreter.common.
  4. create a new interpreter.core that contains a centralized main package to start everything.
