Use args in CreateDefaultBuilder

    let contentRoot = Directory.GetCurrentDirectory()
    let webRoot     = Path.Combine(contentRoot, "WebRoot")
    Host.CreateDefaultBuilder(args)
//...

By doing so the command line arguments are parsed by the default builder (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/configuration/?view=aspnetcore-3.1#default-configuration).
