Submission error page shouldn't display breadcrumbs #243

If an error occurs while processing a submission a page is shown with details of the job and the error that occurred.

Due to a change in Girder's JobDetailsWidget, this error page now shows breadcrumbs (i.e. "Jobs / Job detail") that link to the internal job listing page. The breadcrumbs shouldn't appear on this page.
