Ensure we are using the latest proj.4 wherever possible. With verison 6, some libraries need to specify a compiler definition to allow use of a deprecated api. The most recent pyproj on pypi is using proj.4 6.0, which has some bugs. This builds pyproj with the lastest master of that repo and of proj.4 which appears to solve the problem, but currently you can't mix pypi's pyproj with this mapnik and gdal.
