Visualization performance issue #153

With the CSV given in #148, PCA and Loadings REST requests take 4 and 7.5 seconds, respectively. They render quickly <30ms.

With a hot cache, I'm getting more in the range of 1-3 seconds on https://metabolomics.kitware.com.
