No buffer space available - similar to issued #44 but different #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect with Tunnelblick (I'm using Witopia)
2. Lose the internet connection. For example I just updated the firmware in
my router. After the router came back up I couldn't even ping outside the
lan. While pinging in Terminal the reply is "no buffer space available".
3. If I quit Tunnelblick and disable my network connection and reenable it
everything is fine. Sometimes just telling Tunnelblick to disconnect and
disabling/reenabling the network connection works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should just reconnect when the network connectivity comes back.

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X? PPC or
Intel?
Tunnelblick 3 (3.0b24 build 1301); OpenVPN 2 (2.1_rc20) on a MBP 10.6.2
with 4gb ram

Please provide any additional information below.

I love Tunnelblick!

Please try this with Tunnelblick 3.1beta18 with "Monitor connection" checked.
