Scroll bars in Details box non-operable #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. multiple conf files - I have 8
2. frequent connect and disconnect in short time frame - 15 minw.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Details box to have operable scroll bars so I can navigate to
the last entry to see my connection status. Scroll bar area greyed out so
unable to navigate to last entry.

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X? PPC or
Intel? 3.0b10 10.5.7 Intel

Please provide any additional information below.
Refer to issue #97. Was just testing limits, capabilities of Tunnelblick.
This issue does not occur with my normal use of the app as I only connect
and disconnect maybe two times in a 6 hour period.
