Add more controls on the content of a cycle setting #61

What should be the improvement?
It is already possible to define a cycle, but if you want to remove a event 
from the list (due to wrong spelling, or used only one time, etc), or if you 
want to deselect the definition for the left side, or if you want to remove the 
data label maching of one side, then it is not possible. You have to create a 
new setting. An idea could be to add buttons to edit the list of events which 
can be used or to reset (partially) the content of the setting

Could you detail it by giving examples (code, files)?
For example the new buttons could be:
 - Add a reset button at the bottom, new "Cancel" and "Ok"
 - Add a buttons in the the group "Cycles defintition" to edit the list of events.
 - Each combobox in the groups "Cycles definition" and "Data label matching" could have an empty line at the beggining of the associated list to reset this part of the setting.
