Added elixir-tools, credo_report , plt to gitignore Some function changes to rework the failed tests

elixir-tools are getting tracked in this branch. Stopped in deletePollAddedCssFixed branch. Also, test failures have been taken care in deletePollAddedCssFixed branch, Added deletePoll functionality on top of this commit.
