modified gitignore Commented lists_poll_with_id test Added github workflow in editPollWithOptions branch and made this branch on top of it extra edit button on create poll page removed

fixes #20

The same has been pulled and reciprocated in deletePollAddedCssFixes branch. Adding delete poll functionality on top of this commit
