waiting on availability of open babel 2.3.2 on bioc.

@tgirke Do we still want to look into using OB for compound plotting, or has this been done by John's work now? OB 2.3.2 is now available on bioc.

Only if it has some advantages (e.g. nicer depictions, etc).
